Celebrating 25 Years of Fiesta – Since 2001
Fiesta was founded in 2001 when Isidro Ortiz, an immigrant from Michoacán, Mexico, decided to bring his mother Teresa’s culinary gift to life. What started as a small family-run restaurant—where 80% of the staff were relatives—has grown into a beloved part of the Tri-Cities community.
As we approach our 25th anniversary in 2026, our mission remains the same: to serve authentic, flavorful Mexican food made with the freshest ingredients and warm hospitality. From handmade tortillas and sizzling fajitas to classic Menudo, burritos, burgers, and our award-winning salsa bar, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
I was just 11 years old when I dreamed of opening a restaurant, says Isidro. Today, that dream is a reality thanks to the love, support, and hard work of my family—especially my mom, Teresa. She's the heart of Fiesta, and always will be.

Great Mexican food with good ambience, friendly staff and fresh tortillas this place has never disappointed me. Try their shrimp ceviche appetizer and their fajitas are the best with a great selection of sauces. I have already been to this place more than 5 times in the past 6 weeks.
The food was amazing! And a lovely lady made us some guac right beside our table and it was fantastic! Great service, and yummy food. It was our first time visiting the tricities and first time coming here for food!
The stuffed avacado appetizer was tasty as was the chili Verde burrito. My wife enjoyed the taco salad. Service was very good as were the margaritas.
Service was absolutely incredible! Both times I've been here the food is good, but they really set themselves apart by having excellent, friendly servers.
